The apartment is located on the golf course, 5 minute drive to Estepona town, you can walk across the road to the golf club house which is really nice for a meal and a drink, just around the corner you have the Lagoon where there is a restaurant and water sports and you can book a table for the day and use the facilities, very easy access to the development, parking is on the road but there is plenty of parking, if you need a garage space you can rent one from the community, the property is on the first floor it has two terraces, and both are off the living room, one terrace faces East so you get morning sun and the other is west facing so you can get the afternoon sun so you get the best of both worlds, the property has been well maintained, nice large kitchen and if you wanted to have an open plan kitchen it would be easy to take out one of the walls, two good sized bedrooms with wardrobes and in the living room you have a lovely wood burning fire place, the gardens are well maintained and you have a communal pool, super location if you want peace and quiet but you are just a short drive to everything.
